How to make Garlic Butter
Garlic Butter
Ingredients
50g (2 oz) butter
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
2 crushed cloves of garlic
2-3 drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice
Method
Cream the butter, then add in the parsley, garlic, and the lemon juice one drop at a time. Transfer to a small tub or form into a roll and wrap in greaseproof paper or tin foil, twisting the ends closed. Place in the refrigerator and leave to harden.
