​How Do I Place An Order?

 

Books can be purchased through your local Amazon store. Go to the page, "Books by Julie" and click on the relevant button for either Amazon UK, or Amazon US. If you live somewhere else, you can still purchase books by Julie by clicking on either of the buttons, then in the web address change the domain to that of your local region (e.g., if you live in Canada, change the part of the web address that says ".co.uk" or ".com" to ".ca"). Alternatively, search for Julie J. Bakewell on your local Amazon site.

 

Craft items purchased from this website go through Etsy.

 

Can I Purchase a Book and a Craft Item?

 

​Book purchases are made through Amazon and delivered digitally, whereas craft items are purchased through Etsy and dispatched personally by Julie, therefore books will be paid for and delivered separately from craft items.

 

Payment and Shipping

 

Books are paid for through Amazon and delivered direct to your Kindle or app from Amazon.

 

Crafts are paid for through Etsy using either direct checkout or Paypal according to your preference.  Shipping times are indicated in the policies on Etsy. Items are dispatched personally by Julie within 3 working days of receipt of payment.

 

Returns & Refunds Contact Information

 

Books - Returns and Refunds are handled by Amazon. See Amazon's terms and conditions for details.

 

Crafts - If you need to return a craft item, please contact Julie directly through Etsy. Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt with the exception of custom orders which cannot be returned and are excluded from the refund policy unless faulty. Refunds will be issued within 7 days after inspection of the goods. No shipping costs (postage and packaging) will be refunded. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original conditions. They must be complete, undamaged, and unused. Items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please send them, if possible, in original package. Should you no longer have it, please choose any other suitable package to prevent transportation damage. The return address is in Hull, United Kingdom, and will be given in full immediately after checkout.
